Procedure 

The training can be done in one day, or 3 workshops of 2 hours.

 

WORKSHOP :  1. Understand how I function under stress

- What is stress ?

- Positive stress/negative stress and the mechanism of stress

- Identify my stress factors, and my warning signs

WORKSHOP 2: Techniques to regulate stress

- Acquire techniques and tools to regulate stress: breathing, visualization,...

- Know how to disconnect and take a step back

- Hypnosis session to relax  

WORKSHOP 3: Strengthen your resources & implement a strategy

- Increase self-confidence and self-esteem for better assertiveness

- Improve personal and professional organization for better stress management

- Define your anti-stress organization - new habits to put in place

 

 

Theory, with practical cases, and exercises to learn how to manage stress.  
 

  Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), hypnosis... will accompany you in this process.
