Hypnosis is a tool for personal development

The hypnosis, or trance, is a technique to immerse a person in a state of consciousness that can be transmitted to his unconscious suggestions. Depending on their nature, these will give rise to actions, thoughts, sensations or emotions likely to counter or modify those which are deemed harmful by the person under hypnosis.

 

This support therefore allows you to change your state to become in "trance", which allows you to connect to yourself, to have a new look at your problems, to find the resources within you in order to better understand yourself to be able to change. .

It's you who change, it's not me doing the work.

Sessions - How are we working together ?
Hypnosis is a brief therapy: 3 to 6 sessions

During our sessions, I help you access your subconscious and constantly resolve negative emotions and internal blockages. I support you in order to achieve your personal goal and / or to change negative behavior.

During the session you are fully aware of what is going on around you and you remain totally in control. It is a very pleasant state where you don't have to make any effort, just let go. While your body and mind are in a relaxed state, your subconscious is alert and receptive to suggestions.

After the session you are calm and relaxed! Some people feel tired, others feel good. There are no rules. However, you will be able to drive, work or simply carry out your usual activities.

Procedure for individual support with hypnosis on a specific issue:

- free call to get to know each other - max 30mm

-session 1: preliminary discussion to define the objective and work on visualization exercises

-Session 2: discussion and hypnosis 

- Additional hypnosis sessions

The sessions are in English, French and German.
