What is hypnosis?

The hypnosis, or trance, is a technique to immerse a person in a state of consciousness that can be transmitted to his unconscious suggestions. Hypnosis - therapy sessions with me
During our sessions, I will guide you through a process of deep relaxation. Each session is personalized according to your specific needs. My goal is to offer you a safe and caring space to explore your subconscious.
The first session (approximately 90 minutes) begins with a discussion during which we discuss your personal history, your current situation, and define your goals. Then comes the preparation and hypnotic work phase. Depending on your needs and your pace, hypnosis coaching generally lasts between 3 and 6 sessions. Additional sessions are spaced 2 weeks apart and last approximately 50 minutes. The coaching ends with a concluding session to assess your progress.
Sessions can be done online or in my office in Berlin. Possibility to alternate the two.
